Diablo II items that are ordered from us are delivered on one or more mule accounts which contains the items ordered. You will get the account name and password sent to the e-mail address which you registered with, it is extremely important that the e-mail address that you signed up with are legitimate and in your control! If you'r not the current owner, please submit a valid e-mail address in the comments field when ordering to avoid any problems and speed up your deliver.
We do not take any responsibility for the items after the account has been e-mailed to you. We refuse to refund any items lost due to game drops, lag, realm updates, realm resets, rollbacks, patches, trojans, cheats, third party applications, bannings or transferings without DiabloSource. |
