What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit cards. Our prefered method of payment is Paypal, it is safe, secure, fast and easy to use for everyone!
How long does it take for me you to deliver my items?
We try to deliver your items as fast as possible so that you can get playing shortly after your decision to buy the items. On normal basis, we deliver items under 24 hours after the payment is recieved. Although, under special circumstances, it may take up to 48 hours, a delivery will never take more than 72 hours. If we feel that a delivery took to long, we will throw in extra compensation items to you, completely free of charge. This is to make sure that you are fully satisfied and that you will return many times to our site!
What is an 'unpermed item' and how do i protect my items from disappearing?
There's a thing in Diablo II called duping that has been around almost as long as the game has, when a person dupes an item (only a few people in the world knows how this process is done) he can create a complete copy of any item he wants. The people that do this are often extremely rich players, so you wont have to worry that most items will poof on you. If two of the same items that is duped from one original is in one game at the same time, the copys will get deleted (poof'd). Most items are safe, because the dupers mostly dupe a few certain items. If you want to make sure that your items will never poof, just follow this guide everytime you leave a room where you cant be sure that there is noone else with that exact item in the game:
- Open up a trade window with another player.
- Press the green accept button and then the cancel button (or press Esc. on your keyboard) directly after)
- Leave the game before anyone else does.
We can not assure that this method will work forever, but it does work at this date. If you follow these few steps exactly every game, no items will get deleted from your characters.
Do you buy items from players?
No, we dont. But if you can offer us a special extremely rare item or large quantities of high-end items, feel free to contact us for information wether or not we are interested in it.
